Hi, I’m Anna, an 18-year-old girl from Poland. I’m currently studying to become a veterinarian because I’ve always felt a deep connection to animals and the quiet responsibility of caring for them. Life feels richest when I’m honest with myself and with others, even if that honesty sometimes means sitting with loneliness or learning how to truly listen.

I dream of a life where my work heals and my art still has room to breathe. More than any specific achievement, I want relationships that feel real-ones where people show up as they are, without masks. I keep wondering about the meaning of life and slowly arrive at the same answer: connection. The quiet understanding between two people, the trust of an animal, the peace of a forest path-these are the things that make existence feel worthwhile.

I grew up surrounded by forests and open fields, places that taught me patience and the value of small, steady things. Painting has been my way of translating those feelings onto canvas- soft landscapes, quiet moments, the way light changes everything. I also love long walks in nature and, every now and then, a romantic film that reminds me how fragile and beautiful human hearts can be. Studying veterinary medicine feels like the natural next chapter of that same curiosity about life.

I love the smell of rain on leaves, the feel of a brush moving across paper, and the rare moments when someone looks at me and truly sees. I love the idea that we can choose kindness even when life is complicated. In the end, I think the deepest things-friendship, love, purpose-are built from ordinary days lived with an open heart.
